Insurance Information

As a courtesy to our patients we will submit insurance claims on their behalf. Dental insurance and benefits differ, so payment for services is collected at the time of treatment. Currently Norman Smile Center is a preferred provider for Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Cigna and Delta Dental. If you have any questions regarding insurance plans, please call (405) 329-6603.
